Progress seems timely and easily understood. When I have a question, it receives prompt attention and response. So far, this has been an excellent experience totally unlike other mortgage considerations where we submitted applications and waited for it to come out the other end never knowing at what stage the process was at nor how it was progressing. One more big hurdle, approval hopefully, and the rest is scheduling more or less.

This is new to us. We always have dealt with our credit union for loans. But I was exploring online for other mortgage companies and Amerisave came up. Shelsee answered every question no matter how silly it may have been. She was available day or night and even came to our home on Christmas Eve in case we had any questions on the closing papers. You do not get this type of service from the local bank. We will use Amerisave again.

Availability and helpfulness of Mr. Hartman from the first. I tried another company first but it was futile to get through the phone system. I think email contact helps facilitate especially those of us who may not be as adept at doing the electronic thing in this process. So far so good. we do have a way to go, but if the next part goes as well as the first, it is a very good process

Very good response time. Relevent instructions that relate to what to do and how to do them. I am accustomed to communicating with the computer. The telephone consumes too much time to use for gathering data and information. What ever is communicated over the phone has to be written down. Things become redundent and confusing.

mostly the upfront out of pocket costs explained by the loan advisor. there were no hidden surprises left by the time i locked in my rate. my advisor, mr. paul jackson, is very patient and answered all my questions. i have total trust that mr jackson is representing my best interest and not just trying to make a quick sale. there didn't seem to be any pressure to "hurry up" and i was treated very professional and i believe my advisor is totally honest about his work ethics. if i had the slightest inkling otherwise i wouldn't be writing this now. thank you for your considerations. First of all I did alot of shopping around, and Amerisave is the best in all areas; such as rates, how well I have been kept informed/updated, the courtesy and honesty throughout the whole process has been a really great comfort.

My loan officer, Humberto Gomez, is extremely konwledgable about the industry and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and follow up. The Amerisave web based process is extremely innovative and a pleasure to work allowing the applicant the opportunity to work through the applications and paperwork when they have the time not when the loan officer does. The Advisor and Disclosure representatives have been very helpful and nice to work with. The assigned appraser was very nice and due to bad weather and holiday came on a saturday which was good

Everyone has been very straightforward and helpful, and I love that I can check my loan status online any time. Getting rate quotes up front with no obligation is phenomenal! Everyone else makes you promise your firstborn child before they'll tell you what the rates and fees are. I know exactly what I'm getting, and all my questions have been answered promptly.

I liked the fact that you send someone to my house for the closing. He was excellent at explaining everything. The people who worked on my loan ran into some issues (an old loan never got a discharge notice filed) but kept at it until it got resolved. I appreciated the ability to get a lower rate once the rate had dropped.
